We have a shell tile at our doorway. We then decide whether the sign is pointing into the house or to Santiago. The cow bell is genuine and hangs indoors so we can relive the sound. :)

We are a sad lot aren't we, a stone with the said arrow in the hall way pointing upstairs for bedtime and dreams, another at the door pointing towards the rail station another dream I suppose! Ahh yes the camino …………... it still goes on deep in our hearts!
