Hi, Walter,
I don't know if you've already seen this, but Mundicamino has a fair amount of information on the entire Camino del Ebro -- stages, albergues, elevation, private accommodation, etc. On the main mundicamino.com page, the Ruta del Ebro is the third from the top of the long list of Caminos they describe. And they seem to have an English version in case you don't speak Spanish.
