My turn for an injury! LOL

K_Lynn

Buen Camino!
Time of past OR future Camino
Frances 2021, Ingles 2023
Clumsy me either sprained or fractured a bone in my foot this morning. I've spoken to my a doctor, gone for x-rays, and luckily I already had a physio appointment booked for tomorrow. Foot is elevated and iced. I'm taking all the precautions as I have a 6 week road trip coming up at the end of the month and then Caminho Portugues in September and Ingles in October and I don't want to end up with a permanent injury.

Not seeking medical advice as this is not the place for it. Just thought I'd throw my latest winge out into the ether. Hope everyone else is having a better day!

Its good to "let off steam" every once in a while. We have all had those types of injury, its more to pride than actual physical injury. Best wishes for the Porto Camino; as for the Ingles - well take it one day at a time. Cheers

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thanks! I'll wait to hear back from my doctor and will amuse myself with my maps. Time heals all wounds, as they say
