Albergues/Hostels in Lisbon

Time of past OR future Camino
2010, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2024
After walking the CF, I plan to go to Lisbon for a couple of days the second week of May. I will fly out of Lisbon to LAX. Any recommendations for albergues/hostels and what to do for a couple of days? Thanks in advance.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Goodnight Hostel is good in Lisboa. If you want to see some of the coast you will be a short bus ride away from pretty, unspoiled shoreline from Porto Covo to AlJazur.

Hi, Hieudovan, If you stay in a Hostel in central Lisbon, be prepared for lots of all-night coming and going and general merriment. The average age will be 20-something. Nothing wrong with that of course, but I just can't do it anymore. For not much more, there are several family run centrally located places where you will get your own room. The Pensao Prata is always recommended and pilgrims seem to like it. Great location, near the cathedral, walking distance to all the tourist areas.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thank you Laurie. I'm 68 y/o and I do appreciate your information. I will take the Lisbon walking tour that you had previously posted on the forum. You had also been a great help in my previous caminos, including the VdLP. Obrigado e Bom Caminho! Hieu Dovan
