Why not? They gotta head back to where they started, right? Just my guess... I don't really know.

I did this in September 2015 - from Albergue Jakue in Puente la Reina to a hotel in Pamplona.

I'd only walked for 5 days, and though I was getting a bus to Pamplona my back and hips were so sore at the time I didn't feel like I could wear my pack.

I recall I used Jacotrans, and I don't think I called them in advance, just left my pack in the hall at the albergue with the label attached. Anyway, it wasn't a problem, though I arrived at the hotel well before my pack, which didn't turn up until around 4pm.
