Hi Pasha, ... welcome, & best of luck with your first Camino ... it will not be your last! I did that stretch last year at exactly the same time. I thought I'd packed well, but ended up buying an extra pair of leggings. It was colder than I anticipated, especially early morning & evenings. It was a fabulous experience & I met some amazing people. It was my first 'solo' Camino, so I understand your 'nervous excitement' ... but the solo experience was my best Camino yet, ... & so good in fact, I returned in August to do the Finisterre/Muxia route ... also beautiful, & much more enjoyable than when I did it 5 years earlier with a group! The Camino is an incredible journey & hard to describe to others who haven't succumbed to its mystery, comraderie & escapism. Have a wonderful time ... oh, & don't forget beanie & gloves too! You'll be right at home in the Galician hills girl, & like me may be substituting your cupan tae for cafe con leche when you return home! Buen Camino ... go neiri an bothar leat!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
