I got so much help in doing this year's revisions, exponentially more than in the previous two years. This would not be anywhere near as good as it is without the contributions of so many -- you guys have been great, I really appreciate it. I have my fingers crossed that 2015 will be the same.

Please please please if you use this guide, which I think is very good but then I'm biased, send in comments. Things will change. I'm sure I've made some mistakes, and you may have different opinions than the ones I've reported. Whatever your comments, please send them my way.
