I have heard here on the forum that indeed, the Castro Dozon albergue is closed. But, the one in Xunqueira de Ambía may be open,
check here, on this Spanish, Camino Mozárabe/Via de la Plata-specific website. (There are 3 other accommodations in Xunqueira, if you check on my useful map for this stage, by
clicking here.) The same Spanish website does state the the albergue in Riego del Camino is closed,
click here.
Be sure to stop in Santa Marta de Tera to see the oldest known statue of Santiago!

albergue in Santa Marta de Tera, unfortunately is still closed, but it appears that the one in
Calzadilla de Tera is open, another 12 km farther on.
