Has anyone stayed in Alburgue Convento de Foncebadon? I have only read poor reviews but it seems that is the only accommodation in Foncebadon with private rooms.

Hi! I've never stayed there but it looks OK from the outside. It's a bit of a one horse town, so there won't be many other options. Maybe try to reschedule to stay in Rabanal, which is very pilgrim-friendly and has the vespers service with Gregorian chant in the evening. Foncebadon is a nice coffee stop in the morning on the way up to the Cruz de Ferro and down to Acebo or Molinaseca. Buen Camino!Kiwiangela said:Has anyone stayed in Alburgue Convento de Foncebadon? Hi KiwiAngela.,Kiwiangela said:I have considered Rabanal, but was trying to avoid a 30/32km day the following day to get to Ponferrada. Trying to keep my days around 25/28km. Thanks for your help
