Time of past OR future Camino
Haven't walked at all yet
Hi all , I'm Patti , have some annual leave to use and have a yearning to come and walk for 5 days next month . Pleas juste let me know if this is not one of the better ideas proposed here lol ! Weather wise and time wise this might be insane . I have no idea where to start from and which route would be most sensible for this time of year ...I welcome all thoughts and suggestions ! Thank you 🙂

Hi @ Kentishgal, welcome to the forum.

5 days? If you want to walk into Santiago and give the old feller a hug then you start in Sarria or Ferrol on the Frances or the Ingles. Both well waymarked and easily accessible from one unspeakable London airport or another. Details can be found in the Travelling To and From the Camino pages.

Either route is do-able in 5 days (+ some travel time). The weather will be what it is. There is nothing insane about wanting to walk a Camino. That comes later ;)

New user here. Hello to you all. New to the forum but not to the Camino. I was told about this Forum whilst I walking the lovely scenic 'Camino Norte'. I'm planning walking another in June.
Hi, A couple years ago I flew into Geneva and took a train to Laussane to begin my Francigena. Next year I would like to fly into Geneva and walk the south side - France into Aigle, Switzerland...
