Time of past OR future Camino
May 2018
Hello everyone, my name is Craig and it has been a while since I was on the forum. I leave for.Paris May19th to walk the Camino and my plan is to spend 3 months walking. St Jean to muxia and then wander on down through Portugal as far as I can make it, before I have to return home. Have no agenda, in no rush so I can stay if I want and go when I need to..Have done all the reading, training and exersizing so I feel confident I am in good shape to make the journey. Being retired has its benefits and this trip is a long time in planning and I cannot wait to do this.

A word of advice: The stretch from Porto to Lisboa is not easy. Why don't you take a train/bus from SdC to Porto and walk back? That's an enjoyable walk. Much easier with regards to the markings as well as for distances/places to stay.

then that would be against everything I want to experience. Tough is good, my plan is to test my limits and overcome whatever happens.
