Albergues in Ages

Any advice on best Albergue to stay in Ages (near Burgos). Ideally somewhere where we don't need to bring own sleeping bags - as we're staying mostly at small hotels along the way

In Ages the Albergue San Rafael has private rooms which might include linens. See more here on their Gronze citation.

Just down the camino in nearby Atapuerca there is a casa rural with several rooms. See more here --

Stayed at the municipal there last October. I'm pretty sure they had the disposable linens. It's upstairs over a bar and had a great time conversing with the locals. Make sure you walk up and see the church.

If you are looking for accommodations along the Camino where bed linens are provided (real bed linens, not disposable) you can pretty much rule out albergues. At least the albergues that don't have private rooms available.
