The recent train crash brought tragedy to Galicia. It has been a time of great sadness. Thank you to every one who expressed their solidarity with those affected.
There is much to report:
In the period 1 January - 31 July 112,081 pilgrims arrived this is 12% more than last year. The number of pilgrims from the USA continues to grow.
The Pilgrims' Office is now providing a range of services for pilgrims including points at which you can buy bus and train tickets for all of Spain. Also adjacent to the Pilgrims' Office there is now a left luggage office with a wide range of services from being able to print your boarding pass to sending your bicycle home.
