Hello Lavdum Sorry I can't help you as I'm planning an early April start. Maybe you can help me: How are you getting to Seville? My thought is to fly to Malaga and train (with a stop in Cordoba) from there. Any feedback welcome. Buen Camino, Noel

Lavdrum,
If you get to be 60 sometime soon, remember to go to a Renfe (train) office with your passport and get a train pass. Costs about €7 and the savings are great, 25-40 percent depending on time of the week.
I recommend Melanie McManus' s VDLP app. The maps are crap, but her guide and the yellow arrows got us safely to SDC. I binned four paper guides, none of which had decent maps.

I'm an Android user and I got it from Google Playstore. My buddy on the VDLP had an apple, and she had the app. It should be listed under VDLP. The company that did the software was Sutro Media. Just don't be put off by the maps.
We found it useful in the evenings, while we waited an eternity for restaurants to open, to suss out the next day's start, as markings are notoriously poor in towns.
Also take a look at Peter Robbins website for maps - awesome.
Also be aware that lots of places close at the end of October, so you may be walking to where you can get accommodation. You'll love it!

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Thank you, Bernice. Hope you are well.
I did locate Melanie's app on Sutro Media. Haven't found Peter Robinson's maps yet but am working on it.
I plan to start walking from Seville about April 9, 2016 so I should beat the hot weather and most facilities should be open. Gracias, Noel
