C. Frances SJPdP to Santiago (June-ish 2018)
Arriving in Biarritz May 23 and overnighting in Bayonne—booked prior to train strike dates announcement. Am I correct in understanding buses will replace trains for Bayonne to SJPdP run on train strike days? If not, i’ll be trying to find a ride share May 24 to St. Jean.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
We have the same starting itinerary! Staying overnight in Biarritz, then travel to SJPdP on the 24th. Thinking same thing...either bus or ride share - unless by some chance the train runs? Do you have a time in mind yet?

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
From Bayonne to SJPP is a bus by private company so no strike !!!!! Welcome to SJPP

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
No specific time in mind. Will be staying near Bayonne train station. But my original question stands—does anyone know if buses are running between Bayonne and St. Jean on any sort of schedule?

Yay, thanks! Can I find a bus near train station, and is there someplace I could find a posted schedule? Many thanks!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Whenever the train is NOT running, there is always a replacement bus outside of the main station. You buy your ticket (at the present time, it is 11Euro) as per usual at the station ticketing office.
