Hi. I want to get a bus from Santiago de Compostela to El Ferrol to start the Camino Ingles in May. I have tried some of the suggestions on the forum but without success. What bus company? Where to get timetables?
Cheers, Michael

ditto Doug. I have twice done this and never had to wait long. The interesting part is knowing that sometimes you can almost reach out and touch the Camino, that that land of to the right is where you will be walking!

Bus times are here for January 24th on Monbus. The times look similar to ours in May. We bought our ticket at the bus station and they gave us the timed ticket and which stand it should come in to. The bus actually comes from Vigo for some of the journeys. Just check with the driver that you are on the correct bus as ours came into a different stand to the expected one.

There are trains as well...I use a free app to find them. It is often as cheap as the bus. Railplanner or train line , or even the RENFE app.
