Any experience / recommendations on finding a bus or other transport from Santiago to Valença on a Saturday? I'm hoping to be in Valença on Saturday, 18 March, so I can start there on Sunday, 19 March.

I have done this a couple of times. The bus drops you a short distance from the fortress. Nice easy ride.
