I few days ago I was notified (thanks Sil) that Freire (bus company in Galicia) has now published a new website with bus schedules.

(Seems to work only in Internet Explorer)

Monbus (another bus company) has had a site up for a while, but using the two site you can now stitch together your route from Santiago to Sarria with online and up-to-date (hopefully) time schedules. There is even a new service direct from Santiago to Sarria leaving at 18.00 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).
