Now I have bought my airplane tickets, so I finally start to believe that I really am going!
My plan is to start from SJPdP with my mother on sept. 6th. So we have to see where we are 15 days later and find a bus or train to Valladolid where our return flight leaves.
We hope to complete the rest of the camino in 2008.

I am really looking foreward to this. I normally like to have control with the things I do, this can be an interesting experience in taking things as the come.

15 days

If you plan on taking it easy - ± 20kms per day - you could aim for Burgos (288kms). From there you would be able to do a side trip to Santo Domingo de Silas and listen to the Gregorian Chants.
Good luck!

We hope to walk the first half of the camino this year. Both of us are used to walk in the norwegian mountains, so I think this is possible.
