After arriving at Gondan the Albergue was closed with a note on the door asking to call this number at
Curve Cafe. We had no phone and thought the next Albergue was 8 Kms away. So we pitched our
Emergency tent. After a horrible night of dogs barking crazy, animal noises and not much sleep.
The next morning we packed up and started walking only to find the Curve cafe and Albergue in the next
Town 3 km away. Obviously a new one. We would have walked there if we had known the Albergue was only 3 ks away.
I did learn one thing being a city girl...cows eat all night.
