You have to go to the cathedral. I think the only other option is the Albergue de Peregrino which is on the Camino 2.5 km from the cathedral. There aren’t really any other pilgrim albergues in Porto. It’s not much of a camino city.

I was at the cathedral Friday night at 6:30 and it was closed. I wasn’t sure if it would be open on Saturday morning, but it was at 9 AM. I was in and out in less than two minutes and it was already stamped.

For others, when I went to collect my first stamp at the Se, I attended Mass and had to ask an attendant afterwards because the reception booth at the entrance didn't re-open and the Se was then closed for the afternoon. It worked, but I would recommend finding out when the Se opens if you don't want to be disappointed.
