We find this item really useful. Have not found it here in Spain yet. Is there an equivalent. The farmacies keep suggesting Compeed but I heard its not for open sores. Suggestions of what we can ask for?

It’s pretty ubiquitous.

Try burn gel or hydro gel on a search.

I’ve not seen it referred to as a blister treatment or for open wounds other than those caused by burns; but if you’re happy to give it a go …

(You are correct in that competed should not be applied to de-roofed blisters)
