We find this item really useful. Have not found it here in Spain yet. Is there an equivalent. The farmacies keep suggesting Compeed but I heard its not for open sores. Suggestions of what we can ask for?

Try burn gel or hydro gel on a search.

I’ve not seen it referred to as a blister treatment or for open wounds other than those caused by burns; but if you’re happy to give it a go …

(You are correct in that competed should not be applied to de-roofed blisters)

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
