Easter on the Camino

As I may be in the Leon area on the Camino over Easter would it be advisable for me to make a reservation up front or just turn up ..Many Thanks

I will be in Leon on Easter (if all goes well). I booked Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday. That area will be heavily populated - I would suggest you book for Leon.

In 2019 I spent Easter weekend in Leon while walking the Camino. It's a wonderful place to spend Easter - and very, very busy! I would suggest booking like I did.

Thank you for that I thought it would be busy I have a look on booking.com and see what they have available in the vicinity for 3-4 nights

I have had a couple of Easters on the walk, the Spanish people take get out on the tracke for a week or so all along, which is great for a more local interaction but accommodation does get a little more well used so worth getting in earlier or holding a bed ahead.
