Hi,
I am planning to walk the Camino from mid-April to May and will be packing waterproof rain trousers. I usually wear Sprayway Hydrolite here but they are quite heavy. Would anyone know of a lighter but equally waterproof pair?
Thanks,
Barbara
There are tons of lightweight options. Here are some examples. I didn't focus on budget, cause I don't know what it is. But these are all great at denying rain, and are fairly breathable. The best breathability in a pant that I've tested for manufacturers is the Zpacks model.
We use Regatta pull-on zipless rain trousers. Bought in-store while wearing boots to ensure they can be put on and off without having to remove the boots. Some styles have zips so this would not apply, but they weigh a little more.
Rohan do a pair of very lightweight rain trousers at a price - but we have not tried them due to the cost.
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hi all, for anyone interested the macabi skirts are on sale...I have worn these on 3 camino, the Via Francigena, Camino Portugues from Lisbon, and on the Way of St. Francis (in cold and heat 41c)...
Hi everyone
I'm really having problems with planning what to pack for my walk from SJPP during mid March.
From what I understand the Napolean route will still be closed?
And the big headache is...
