I should be arriving in Pamplona at about 1:45 from Madrid on May 23. If buses are not available that afternoon to go to SJPDP, would someone like to share the ride via taxi to get there? If everything goes well, I should be available at about 2:00 pm, from the train station.

When we flew into Madrid for our first Camino back in April 2017, the waiting area for the connecting flight to Pamplona was filled with other pilgrims. We struck up conversations with many and were able to connect with another couple to share a ride via taxi to SJPDP. Stepping out of the airport, the first taxi driver agreed to take us for 95 euros. It's really easy to do and was the least stressful part of our Camino.

The best part was learning about doing something like this by reading THIS FORUM. Lots of great experience is being shared here. Good luck and Buen Camino.

Thank you Bucky for the information. Hopefully I'll run into someone at the Pamplona train station who also is headed to SJPDP.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
