Hello!
We'll be traveling the Camino same time as you and we're leaving from Amsterdam around August 28. We take a morning train from Amsterdam to Paris. There is a connecting train there to Bayonne, where we will spend the night (unless we decide to walk to SJPP) Otherwise, we will take a train next day to SJPP to start our Camino.
There is a sale on tickets right now - half price!
Look for us and say hello! We are Joe and Deborah from Portland, Oregon. He's 6 foot something with hair to his waist. I'm 5'3" with VERY short hair (so I don't have to mess with it on the Camino!). We're in our 50's but look younger. Old hippies!
We'll be staying at The City Hostel the week before - hope to see you on the road!
