I have read on this site where some travelers mentioned that they downloaded the files for France, Spain so they can translate off line. When I check out the program on google play it looks as though it gives you 103 languages...so is that for on line? does it give you the option somewhere to download single language files to use off line? Helpppppppp!!! Confused here.. also is it a good idea to get a memory chip for my cell phone? Can i d/l this program to this chip and save phone memory?? sorry man/// tech dummy here

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles

If your phone takes a memory card I would go ahead and get the biggest one that you can afford, so that you have room for all of the pictures that you will take. :)
Yes, Google Translate works for 103 languages, but if you want to use any of them while you are offline, you must download the language pack. Here's some instructions on how to do it.

Google Translate is an app on my phone. I would encourage you get as many languages as possible. I've used my phone on several occasions on the Camino where I pick the language I needed my text in English translated to. Handed the other party the phone so that they can read it and then in reverse so that they can respond. It's a handy tool for translation and conversation.
