The most common English language guide book used on the Camino is A Pilgrim's Guidebook to the Camino by John Brierley. A new guidebook that came out last year is A Village to Village Guide to Hiking the Camino de Santiago, Camino Frances; St. Jean - Santiago - Finisterre by Anna Dintaman and David Landis. They both have their pluses and minuses. I actually did the unthinkable last year and carried both (and yes I know I can save weight by cutting off the end of my toothbrush).

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
