Happy Pentecost!

We are all joyously celebrating together the Jewish Festival of Shevuot - First Fruits- and Pentecost and the Transfiguration in which Saint james was one of the three witnesses. Mount Tabor Israel, rises above the Jezreal Valley and this church marks the tradition spot!
Inside there is a beautiful rendition of the eventno inscription no hints as to which witness is who! The officiating priests don't know, the tour guides have no idea. The Muslim who operates the souvenir shop and who's family operates the taxi company taking visitors up the narrow road to the mountain top church maintains that Saint James is on the bottom right, to the left of Jesus. How does he know? His grandfather executed the stonework in the church! Funny world. Happy Pentecost!
