Hi Marco from Italy, welcome to the forum. Did you start walking Dec 2019, and had to put your Camino on hold in Estella (I think??) due to leg injury?
 
I am sure you are learning this but there are long parts of the Camino from Lisbon that do not have the benefit of shade. Make sure you are full of sunscreen. Buen Camino. If you have not planned on walking the Spiritual Variant, please consider it. The more I read about it the more I know I will walk it the next time i do the CP. I didn't even know about it the first time I walked. There is alot of information on the forum about it. It is supposed to be really beautiful.
