Sarria to santiago
Hi, I am trying to find a map from Sarria to Santiago to see where I can stop during the camino. I am ideally looking to do about 18km each day. Can anybody help me out?

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
Click on the Resources tab at the top. There are dowloadable maps in PDF form of all stages. There is also a list of places to stay.

there are lots of guide books out there! I used a few-- Brierly is a good one to start with. All you have to do is follow the arrows (and other pilgrims) and stop after 18 km or so. There are villages and restaurants and places to say all along the Way.

I wish you a Buen Camino.

Hi Julie
We are going the same route in September, and for health reasons, (nerve damaged feet from chemotherapy) we have to keep the daily KM to <20. We found a great app called ' Buen Camino' that has a really useful 'Plan your stages' tool. You pick your starting point and it shows the series of towns / villages and the distances from that point. It shows also generally what facilities (by series of icons) are available at that town. You can pick where you want to stop and then you move on to planning the next stage. It then saves your route in the app then.
Hope that helps.
Buen Camino!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Here is a suggested 6 day split:
Sarria to Portomarin 21.6 km
Portomarin to Lestedo 19.2 km
Lestedo to Melide 18.8 km
Melide to ArzĂşa 14.2 km
ArzĂşa to Pedrouzo 20.4 km
Pedrouzo to Santiago 19.6 km

For a seven day split I suggest the following:
Sarria to Mercadoirio 16.8 km
Mercadoirio to Hospital da Cruz 16.2 km
Hospital da Cruz to San Xulián do Camiño 16.1 km
San Xulián do Camiño to Boente 16.4 km
Boente to A Calle 16.3 km
A Calle to Amenal 14.9 km
Amenal to Santiago 17.0 km

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
