Hello. My name is Tony and will walk the Camino Frances in May/June 2015 and visit my country of birth. Just beginning to dawn on me the scale of that physical commitment! So having changed my life around recently I now have the time to try and get fit and start walking after a career sitting down and no exercise!!

Hi Tony,

Welcome! My friend and I will also be there next spring. We will fly over together but walk/trike alone. I am taking my recumbent trike as I have balance and foot issues. She will walk. I have learned a lot from reading the forum.
