how do I get from Bilbao airport to Pamplona?

Hello all pilgrim walkers. I'll arrive on Friday 20th April afternoon at Bilbao airport. I'd love to actually get walking that day, even just a few kilometers and stay somewhere outside Pamplona. So is there a bus? or a train? and how do I buy a ticket. I read in these conversations all sorts of trouble if you dont buy a ticket on line. :roll:
