My husband is just back from a pelgrimage to Santiago, a 2600 km walk. He started in Ghent (Belgium) to Santiago from 3th March until 21th June 2012. Back home we discovered that he lost one of his SD-cards :( . He lost it between Conques and Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port between 4 and 25th May 2012.This card contains up to 700 photos of his way on the via Podiensis, more exactly between Marigny-l'église and Conques. Did anyone find an SD-card of 4 Gb ???? Please, contact me. I would give the world to see my unique phtots back ! Reply on this announcement or mail at hugo.neuville@gmail.com

Does anyone have tips of advice what else I can do ?

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Nele - you must be devastated!

I can't help with the lost card but I read on a forum once that the first photograph on our Camera should be of a our name and email address so that if it is lost, it can be returned. There are so many pilgrims on the paths, from all over the world, that it would be impossible to know where you were from. Unless of course you wear shorts made from your country's flag like I do!!

I'm guessing that the card did not just fall out of the camera, but was misplaced during the course of the evening's logistics activities. So (according to my theory) the card is at one of the gites where you stayed. Have you considered sending an email to each gite? The contact info should be in MMD, and Google Translate should help if you're not fluent in French.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Many thanks for the advice.
We have sent messages to all the gites where my husband stayed. Now ti's waiting for answers ...
