Camino del Norte 2022
I’m starting the Voie de Vezelay in Vezelay on Monday 8th, with a seasoned Camino pilgrim friend. We plan to combine this with the Camino del Norte and the Primitivo and arrive in Santiago early July. I’m pretty much a novice but have feasted for months on the wonderful posts that show up in my email inbox every morning. I feel I’m now about to join this loving, supportive and purposeful community that has already made preparing for this epic journey a much more informed exercise.
Thank you! Tena koutou!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Have a great Camino. Went to do one. Have now done five. You will bloody love it. My only advice is to look after your feet. Toughen them up as much as you can before you start. Keep your boots on all day. By Merino anything 😜😜😜. It’s worth it’s weight in gold. Does not smell dries so quick. Good luck. Have fun.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
