Someone joked today. I am probably the only person getting healthier each day. Of course I started in pretty rough shape to help make it easier.

I've barely limped inti Orisson. Barely to Ronsavalles. Day 3 I only passed one couple. So I got to say hi to a lot of people.

And almost of the average on the straight aways, slower going up hill and even slower going down.

Exceeds expectations hardrly contains it.

Don't feel bad, my knee started acting funny in SJPDP, then stiffened up in Orisson, took me nine hours to hobble to Roncevalles and another nine hours to Zubiri. Take it easy and listen to your body.

Hi, as already stated. Always listen to your body and you will be fine.
Wish you well on your journey and a Buen Camino, Peter.
