Headed for Paris, and from there to SJPTP.
I ended up with the Gregory Jade 38 after many purchases of various Osprey's.
Packing list:
Mountain Hardware Ultra Lamina 32 Sleeping Bag
10 Liter dry sack: 2 pairs of convertible pants/shorts, 1 cami, 2 pairs compression socks, 2 pairs wool hiking socks, 1 pair ultra light yogi/legging type things that can be worn for presentable, 1 short slv shirt, 1 long slv shirt, 1 hiking tank, buff.
4 liter dry sack: (not full!)- some vitamins and probiotics
4 liter dry sack: (also not full!)- quick dry tiny towel, essential oils (tiny bottles), soap, tooth stuff, sunblock.
2 liter dry sack: (not at all full)- headlamp, charger
Rain poncho
Sandals
Doc pouch with all papers
Empty 3L bladder for water
First aid kit
Wearing on the plane: ultra light leggings, micro fleece, cami, socks, walking shoes.
I still plan on getting a tiny book and a tiny diary...My pack is pretty full, but I didn't try to really compress anything, It's totally manageable and comfy on my back (at least for now )...anyone have any critique for me? Nerves started kicking in last night...Deep breaths!
