Seems like most places are booked out in Logrono this Saturday 14th May. Apparently there's a big sporting event on. Anyone got any suggestions of accommodation for just before or after Logrono?

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Try Viana approximately 10 km before. See this list on Gronze.com.

Or try Navarrete approximately 12 km after Logrono. See this list.

Good luck and Buen camino!

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Even if you manage to get albergue accommodation in Logroño, the city might be pretty noisy during a major event. You could adjust your stages so that you e.g. walk from Viana to Navarette, rather than stopping overnight in Logrono. There are a number of accommodation options in both places.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Magic city Logrono , stay in Vianna shared taxi with friends or fellow pilgrims to city for festival then take your time the next day to Navarette.
No hurry , take it all in.

I love Viana and I love Navarette. But you should book there too. Albergue de Peregrino in Navarette takes reservations. As does Apartamentos Borgia in Viana.

Thank you

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Thanks. We've now booked Navarette. Long walk. Hope the feet hold out!
