Camino Portugues Senda Litoral October 2022
Hello pilgrims! One of my biggest regrets from walking the Camino is not getting the contact information of people I would have liked to have kept in contact with. So, I need your help. This October I walked the French Way and met 6 men (45-60 years) whom I wish I had gotten at least one of their contact information. They were very friendly and were very concerned about me because I was walking alone. I met them at breakfast at the Albergue Viatoris in Sahagún on Saturday morning, October 20. The last time I saw them was in Leon on October 21. The 6 men are from Spain, they work together and every year they walk a week of the Camino together. I believe they started in Burgos this year and finished in Leon. Next year they will start in Leon. I would love to get in contact with them. They told me their names but it was too much to remember so they told me to call them all "Pepe" so I called them "my six Pepes". I return from the states to walk the Frances again next year and will start in León. I would love to see them again. If anyone knows them, please have one of them contact me. I have already posted this in the Spanish Camino de Santiago Facebook page. Also, an FYI, albergues cannot release info about persons who have stayed at their place. Thanks for your help.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
You could leave a notice at albergues after Leon on your next trip, perhaps with an email address for them.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Do you know where in Spain they live? Maybe the Amigos office nearest them can help - a long shot, but who knows? Good luck!

I have similar regrets... Lievin from Belgium and Andre from the Netherlands, both in 2016 on the Primitivo in mid May. Anyone know these fine gentlemen?

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
I had read about the regrets on this forum so when we were walking September October I wrote down details on anything eg piece of paper or serviette, even my hand, and took a photo. I now have the names and contact details with no fear of pieces of paper being lost and have already been in contact

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
