Camino Frances from SJPP - September (2021)
In September 2022 my friends and I came across a small group from Mexico that were filming a documentary on the Camino Frances. Our first encounter with them was by convento de San Antón, the monastery ruins before Castrojeriz. They interviewed the four of us, myself, Ed, Jim and Happy (yes his name is Happy).
We came across them several times after that and when they saw us they would start singing don't worry, be happy.
Does anyone know those film makers?
Does anyone know if their documentary film was released?

I think you’re talking about Chabelo Padilla. You can find him on FB.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
