We've used both Tuitrans and Top Santiago (on different trips) and found both to be satisfactory.

Is there s company that you recommend for the Spiritual Variant?

I have a friend who is planning an April Camino Portuguese and may need luggage transfer.
He is planning to walk the Senda Litoral from Porto to Vila do Conde, then cut Over to the Central route. He also wants to walk the Spiritual Variant.
 
Another vote for Caminofacil - used them twice on Portuguese including Spiritual Variante... they are so efficient and totally reliable.
 
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
