Missing pilgrim (August 25th 2017)

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
According to a FB comment by Slow strollers, this young man, Shaun Webster, thought his pack was stolen. He repurchased gear, visited Dutch embassy to obtain a temporary passport, then continued on with his girlfriend. How accurate this report, I do not know.
Well that would be excellent news. If someone could tell him the Guardia Civil is looking for him and he can check in, that would be ideal.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Also, that la guardia has his missing things, if he wants them. If any albergues further on than Grañon have representatives reading here, perhaps they could watch for him and pass it on. We (those of us currently walking) could also ask them to do this.

I contacted him on Facebook, he is going to contact the Guardia Civil to get his bag back.
Many thanks to those that helped sort out the problem.
Hi. His backpack is waiting for him in Santo Domingo de la Calzada.

@Pingüigrino whereabouts in Santo Domingo? At the Guardia post?
Hi notion 900. Yes, Shaun´s stuff is deposited in Guardia Civil post of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. It could be easy to go there by bus from Burgos, and return to this city and keep walking a short stage in the same day.
