New mobile confession booths from Sarria

First one in 2005 from Moissac, France.
Morning. There have been so many reports of bad behaviour from Sarria to the cathedral - pilgrims pushing in, stealing bunk places, being rude, etc ... that the diocese are introducing mobile confession booths in an attempt to bring some Christian civility to that last 100kms. They start today, April 1st, and will stay until 1st September.

Here is the first one (there will be a dozen along the route).

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-

“Bless me, Father, for I have sinned…”

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
This is one 'Booth' that will not need that offer.
I'm not suggesting I'm a Saint, but.......

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

LOL! But it is a good idea.

A great idea, but far too late; Mammon is now the presiding deity of the Camino, as He is everywhere else on earth. It is to Him we must now confess our failure to sufficiently gratify ourSelves. O tempora ...

Hello all. Here to give a brief account of my (and many others) first day on the Camino on May 1. The trip to Roncesvalles was tough. I went Valcarlos route because napoleon was very ill advised...
I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
If you’re walking the Camino Portugues right now I’d recommend you avoid the complementario route into Pontevedra. While it is quiet and green and follows the river, it’s also a muddy mess. I...
