New walker needs alot of info'

Hi, I'm taking 4 teenagers between 13 and 18yrs along the coastal route, we'll start from Santander..what do I need? Permit? etc and are there hostels, hotels along the way, where to stay and how to find out. We're all really excited but realise that theres a bit more to it that walking..

You should tell when you're planning to walk as this will help finding out about accomodation , being the north coast a vacation country in summer...
