Nooby Planning 2014 Summer Camino: Need advice !

I am planning to go on the camino with my boyfriend sometime between June and September.
I would love to have advice on any of the following questions, keeping in mind some of the following information about us... We are foreigners but we have lived in Barcelona for a long time, we speak English, Spanish, Catalan, Danish and Japanese, we are young and we have little money (>.<), and we are vegetarians:

• What time is the best time to go if we are not interested in a lot of crowds?
• Which path is best to take if we want to be close to rivers and water (stay in the nature more than in cities) and perhaps want to see Los Pirineos?
• Should we bike?
• Is there any way to rent a bike on the path and return it in another town? (so that we don't get stuck with bikes)
• Are there places to avoid? Places we must see?
• Is it worth going on July 25 to experience the special day?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The Frances will be busy at that time of year so, if you wish to avoid crowds, consider a different route.

would you recommend the camino that goes along the ocean on the north?

The northern coast is fairly rugged, so the Camino del Norte winds along a path that is walkable, and reaches the water infrequently.

another idea we are considering is simple to go backpacking on and off the camino trails... because we really want to be in the middle of the nature, living in our tent and near rivers etc...
does anybody have any ideas about that idea? is it possible etc
we want to go around the pyrenees and see bilbao for sure
