Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I was always good in fast walking which is also an athletic/olympic discipline and I still enjoy it sometimes. BUT if you are doing it for decades better count on hip replacement surgery way sooner as doing any other sport(s).

So glad I read all your posts. Sometimes it feels I am the slowest walker in the world and I start wishing I could go faster. You have just confirmed once again that your way is your way and it is the best way for you - now just need to remember that xx
