Hi,

Starting our Camino next week and looking for some last minute tips. We start on Sunday from St Jean and our aim is to get to Logrono in 6/7 days. Is this achievable??? Anyone recommend an itinerary for the week

Damien:

It is doable in 6 to 7 days. My recommendation would be to start slowly and let your body and the weather dictate the pace. Everyone is different and my pace might not suit you.

I did it starting in Roncesvalles, and made it to Santo Domingo in 8 days. If you start in St. Jean you can make it to Logroño. I loved all these towns too.
Day 1: Roncesvalles to Zubiri
Day 2: Zubiri to Cizur Menor (I wanted to avoid Pamplona but you don't have to)
Day 3: Cizur to Puente la Reina
Day 4: Puente la Reina to Estella
Day 5: Estella to Torres del RĂo
Day 6: Torres del Río to Logroño
Day 7: Logroño to Nájera
Day 8: Nájera to Santo Domingo
