Four kilometers out of Ourense, you climb most of the day's elevation change on one 19 degree paved road for about fifty minutes of aerobic work. It will remind you of leaving St. Jean, but without false crests and much shorter. Cea has a great albergue, and lots of restoration, but we did not find the pan de Cea except in the restaurant. The operating bakeries may be hiding on back streets.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Falcon, I thought you were walking the Primitivo, then I saw somewhere that you said you were on the Ingles, and now you appear to be on the Vdlp! How are we supposed to keep up with you. BTW, the pulperia in Cea is phenomenal, if you are by any chance still there. Buen camino, Laurie
