Currently in Burgos, started first Camino
Went to a hreat physio ... Clinica de Fisioterapia ... Javier Pena Florez ... Euro 50.00 cash
Friendly reminder ... listen to your body ... walk between 20 and 25 km ... if you do long days perhaps a shorter day in between will be good for the body ... people are starting to have problems due to the fact we have been walking for that long ... inlc me ...
